Did you know that musculoskeletal disorders (MSD’s) are the most common cause of occupational illness in the UK? 1 million people a year are currently affected and this is costing society some £5billion a year.

Our courses are all about understanding the risks associated with manual handling thereby drastically reducing the likelihood of suffering from MSD’s such as back pain.

We will help you understand and identify high risk workplace manual handling activities. Our course is designed to help you understand interpret and categorise different levels of risk associated with manual handling activities.

As an employer you will understand your responsibilities under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations (as amended) 1992 (MOHR). As an employee we will show you how to assess risk and minimise injury from a variety of lifting, carrying or handling operations.
