We currently have three minibuses available for hire by community groups with or without a driver.

They vary in size from 13 to 16 passenger seats and the rates are:

• Single session (morning, afternoon or evening): £25.00
• Two consecutive sessions: £45.00
• Full day: £50.00
  

The first 20 miles are included in these rates, any further mileage is charged at 42p per mile. There is no charge for fuel

Minibus drivers
You can use one of our drivers at a charge of £6.50 per hour up to midnight or £7.75 per hour after, or you can supply your own driver.

If you supply your own driver we operate a MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) which provides training if required. Unfortunately, if you use your own driver, VAT Regulations mean we must charge you VAT on the hiring.
