Our Volunteers

Can you help? We are looking for car and minibus volunteer drivers, using either your own vehicle or one of our vehicles.

 

Here at Little Red Bus we are always interested in hearing from people who would like to work with us as volunteers. You should be between 26 and 70 years old and we will provide all the training needed. We are always looking for car and minibus volunteer drivers and escorts.

Our volunteers are the superheroes of our service helping our passengers move about the area, be that visiting relatives or keeping essential appointments. Most journeys are local but sometimes we need to go further afield to Leeds or York or Whitby. We operate daytime, evenings and weekends, but the choice is yours when to help out.

Volunteers can give as much or as little time as they please. We will try and allocate all journeys a week in advance so you can decide whether to take the trip or not.
