HAVEN’T WE DONE WELL!

The Little Red Bus received a cheque for £400 from the Road Haulage Association, representing 9000 members throughout the country to help with their “Phone, Book and Go” and the Travel Club services.

Clive Warcup, Chair of the Association said “the Little Red Bus offer a marvellous service to take people shopping, to the Drs and Hospital appointments or wherever they would like to go and the members of Road Haulage Association at its Annual Conference held at the Old Swan Hotel, Harrogate decided to support the Little Red Bus and its services to people with little or no access to transport”

To all our supporters – a very big thank you to everyone who voted for LRB in the TOYOTA COMMUNITY DRIVE – we came a very close 3rd, with Knaresborough Celtic Football Club winning. We were given £400 and this will be spent helping the Knaresborough elderly enjoy some leisure outings.
